CIA Graduate Duff Goldman provides practical advice to 63 CIA associate degree recipients in Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts during The Culinary Institute of America’s commencement exercises on March 2, 2007. Goldman graduated from the CIA’s 30-week Baking and Pastry Certificate program at it’s California campus.
