To celebrate Alexs 8th birthday her mother Julie had us make a ballerina cake that also showed off some of her favorite things including her dog Chewie, Hannah Montana, and Junie B. The ballerinas dress was a special dairy and nut free cake just for Alex, while the bottom cake was 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla with swiss buttercream. Everything as usual was edible! Happy Birthday Alex.
